Signs

This one just struck me as funny.

Reminds me of a town near where I grew up. The entrance sign read, "Welcome to ***. Home of 541 nice people and one old grouch."

They've since changed the sign. I guess the old grouch passed on ...

Soccer Kitty

I am having trouble with Soccer, Chel's cat. He seems obsessed with my laptop.

I don't think the keyboard is really that much warmer than the table ... but he truly insists on sitting on it.

The only issue with this is that he will change settings, send emails, turn off important programs. All while sitting innocently on my keyboard. He tries to pretend he's unaware, but I know differently.

So I have to pull the top of the laptop down if I walk away, to keep him off the keyboard. This works well. Or so I thought. Like I said ... he is obsessed.

Any ideas?! I mean, I can't do harmful things to him ... Chel kinda likes him ...

Moral of a Story

Thought I would post a funny pic ... trying to get back into the swing of blogging again ...

Enjoy!

Fate Smiling Upon Us

I was cutting up meat and veggies last night for some grilled kabobs. I cut the top off one of the green peppers, and what do you know? It was smiling at me!

I had a hard time cutting it up any further, though in the end, we did eat this green pepper. And we were happy to do so. :)
