Here's a quick story from the nursing home. I greeted a resident one morning and they responded in a way I didn't expect, therefore I didn't understand what they said.

"What'd you say?" I asked.

They looked at me like I was crazy and repeated themselves. "Ooopsie doopsie do!"

Oh. Now I understand.
