Oh how terrible and your poor little doggy. How scared he or she must have been. dumb kids. glad no one got really hurt.. Thank goodness for insurance sometimes.
how did that kid drive so far into your fence? Did you get any of his story? It seems so weird that in a neighborhood and with no other cars someone could DO that on accident.
