Creativity

Here's a short work story. Maybe one of those you have to have been there for ...
Part of my job is to take calls from two certain Railroad company police dispatchers after there's been an accident with a train. We take the info and follow a long complicated procedure, boiling down to making sure the crew is emotionally okay after such an event. So the police call me to tell me all the details and give me the crew's names. These names are in the form of first initial and last name. For example:

R. Reagan
G. Ford

Sometimes they have such minimal information, they tell me they have no crew names. I just leave that blank on my form. One night, though, one dispatcher thought he was quite funny. Instead of telling me he had no crew info, he gave me the following:

I. See
A. Crew

It gave me a good laugh anyway.
